WORKSHOP INFORMATION

Healing the Heart of Trauma with EMDR and Ego State Therapy is an Advanced 2-day Workshop For Trained EMDR Clinicians.

Participants will learn:

  1. The relationship of Ego State Theory to the Adaptive Information Processing Model.

  2. Fundamentals of Ego State Theory and Practice.

  3. The rationale for the EMDR/Ego State Integrated Model.

  4. The phased preparation work that precedes application of the EMDR trauma processing phase of the protocol with challenging clients.

  5. Specific stabilization strategies to help clients deal with dissociative and affect management symptoms.

  6. Advanced techniques and interweaves that promote resolution within the 8 phase EMDR protocol.
